After 18 years of living in Atlanta, Bethany Latzko moved to Colorado to attend CU Boulder and never looked back. She graduated, moved to Denver, and hopped right into the accounting industry, doing the books for a local restaurant group and then a worldwide commercial real estate company. Her decade+ of accounting experience gives her an edge in finding sound financial investments for her clients.

During those years of accounting, Bethany made her own exciting investments in real estate, creating a wide portfolio of rental properties and remodeling projects.
